All artwork on this site (and other images by Kalliope Amorphous seen in the MyArtSpace.com portfolios) are available in limited editions of 110. All photographs are produced in the form of Chromira photographs (C-prints or chromogenic prints). The Chromira produces fine art prints of unparalleled quality. Photographs are printed on professional Kodak Porta Endura e-Surface paper or Kodak Endura metallic paper for the most accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh reproduction and vivid, rich highlights and shadows. The standard for fade resistance is 100 years for in home display and 200 years in dark storage. Each photograph is hand signed and numbered on verso. Framed editions are also signed and numbered on the mat.
Due to the various fluctuations in color and saturation on computer monitors, it is impossible to present a perfectly accurate representation of the clarity and detail of the finished photograph. The finished prints are extremely rich and lucid, and pale in comparison to their representation on a monitor. Many of the images translate into a very painterly looking photograph, owing to a combination of my post processing methods and use of shadows, as well as the quality of inks and paper used.
All fine art photographs are available framed or unframed. Each limited edition also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate indicates title, size and edition number of your image, and is signed.
Framed works are hand prepared to meet archival standards. Mats are 100% archival, museum quality rag, acid and lignin free, fade and bleed resistant and buffered to maintain alkaline Ph, protecting your artwork from pollution damage and acid degradation. All artwork is available in signed and numbered museum quality limited editions of 110. The image sizes within each edition are as follows:
11x14 photograph (optional 16x20 frame): limited edition of 50
8x10 photograph (optional 11x14 frame): limited edition of 50
5x7 photograph (optional 8x10 frame): limited edition of 10
Prints are made on a per order basis only, meaning that the entire edition of 110 prints is NOT pre-printed in advance. Each image order is meticulously prepared to meet the highest aesthetic and archival standard possible. Please note that images may be slightly cropped to meet the paper size, but that this minor adjustment should not drastically affect the composition of the original image. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the preparation and shipping of your artwork. Several images from previous exhibitions are framed and available to ship sooner .
